Why businesses choose KSV.

KSV Software Solutions is the software unit of Velarc Enterprises Pvt Ltd, building custom software, ERP and CRM systems, websites, mobile apps, AI tools and WhatsApp automation for Indian SMEs and international clients. Unlike a freelancer or a shop that leans on AI to ship code fast, we map how your business works, fix problems at the root, and stay on for support and consulting after launch.

01How we work

Six steps, every project.

The same order of work for a website or an ERP. No step is skipped to save time.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We sit with the people who do the work and follow it end to end, before anything is designed.

  2. 02

    Mapping

Every step, handoff and copy-paste is written down and agreed with you in plain words.

  3. 03

    Root cause

We find why the problem happens, not just where it shows up, and design the fix there.

  4. 04

    Build

We choose the stack for your scale and budget, not for what is fashionable, and tune performance so hosting stays cheap. You see real screens early and often, and your team tries them on real work.

  5. 05

    Handover

The source code, documentation and your data are handed over to you, and your team is trained to run the system.

  6. 06

    Support and consulting

We stay after launch, adjust the software as the business changes, and advise on operations and growth.

02How we compare

KSV, a freelancer, or an AI-shortcut shop.

Cheaper options can work for small, one-off jobs. For software your business runs on, here is where they usually fall short.

How KSV compares with a freelancer or student, and with a shop that leans on AI-generated code
What mattersKSVFreelancer or studentAI-shortcut shop
Understanding your business before buildingAn engineer sits with your team and follows the work end to end before anything is designed.Usually works from a brief or a call. There is rarely time in the budget to watch the work being done.Starts from a prompt and a template. The business detail is whatever made it into the spec.
Problem mappingEvery step, handoff and copy-paste is written down and agreed with you in plain words.Often skipped. The job is scoped as a list of screens or features.Built from the requirements as written, so gaps in the brief become gaps in the software.
Root-cause fix vs patch fixWe find why the problem happens and fix it there.Tends to fix the symptom in front of them, because the budget covers the task, not the investigation.Quick patches on top of generated code. The problem often moves instead of going away.
Documentation and handoverSource code, documentation and data handed over to you, and your team trained to run the system.Depends on the individual. Knowledge of the system often stays in one person’s head.Plenty of code, but often little explanation of why it works the way it does.
Hosting and running costsTechnology chosen for your scale and budget, and tuned for performance, so hosting and usage bills stay as low as possible.Uses whatever stack they know best. Slow code is often fixed by paying for a bigger server.Generated code is rarely tuned for performance, and the extra load shows up on your hosting bill every month.
Support after launchWe stay. Changes after launch are part of the job.Available until the next project, job offer or semester takes priority.Often ends when the project closes, or is sold as a separate contract.
ConsultingBusiness consulting on operations and growth, alongside the software.Rarely in scope. The brief is the code. Not usually offered. The focus is on shipping code quickly.
Accountability when something breaksOne company answers for it, and we know the system because we built it.One person, if they are still reachable.Hard to trace when nobody on their side wrote the failing code by hand.

03Who we are not right for

When we are the wrong choice.

We would rather say so now than disappoint you later. We are probably not the right fit if:

  • You need a one-off landing page today, at the lowest possible price.

  • You want code delivered with no conversation about how your business works.

  • You want a quick patch that hides a problem rather than a fix that removes it.

  • You cannot give our engineer time with the people who do the work.

04Questions

Things clients ask first.

  • Can’t I just build it with AI myself?

You can build a prototype, and for a simple tool that may be all you need. AI writes code quickly, but it does not sit with your staff, notice why orders get lost, or decide what should not be built. For software your business runs on every day, the hard part is understanding the work and keeping the system right as it changes, and that is where we spend our time.

  • Why not hire a freelancer?

A good freelancer is a fine choice for a small, well-defined task. For a system your team relies on every day, you need someone who maps the whole process, hands it over properly and is still reachable when something changes next year. That is the work we commit to.

  • Why are you not the cheapest?

Because we spend time on the parts cheaper options skip: understanding your business, finding the root cause, handing over properly and supporting you after launch. Those are what make software last, and skipping them tends to cost more later in rework.

  • Will hosting and running the software be expensive?

We work to keep it as low as possible. Running costs balloon when the technology is picked for convenience rather than fit, or when slow code is fixed by paying for bigger servers. We choose the stack for your scale and budget, fix performance problems in the code itself, and keep the setup simple to maintain, so both your hosting bill and your support costs stay small.

  • What happens after launch?

We stay. We train your team, support them while they settle in, and keep adjusting the software as your business changes.

  • Do you offer consulting without building?

Yes. We offer business consulting on operations and growth, and we will tell you honestly when the right fix is a change in process rather than new software.
