A CRM and ERP for a print company

Problem

Arandhana Print Solution handles many print jobs at once, each at a different stage. Once a quote was accepted, the job was hard to follow: finding out where it stood meant walking over and asking. The work employees did was not recorded anywhere, so their effort went unseen and uncredited. The owner had little visibility and no reports to go on. Inventory was loosely kept, and machines were serviced when something went wrong rather than on a schedule.

What we built

We built a CRM shaped around how a print job actually moves. Every job is tracked from quote to delivery, and anyone on the team can see its stage and who is handling it. Each employee logs their work, so effort is visible and credited. Machine maintenance is scheduled so it happens before a breakdown, not after.

Alongside it, we built an ERP that keeps watch over the rest of the business. It monitors inventory and sends an alert when stock runs low, forecasts market demand so the company can plan what to buy, and produces the management reports and invoices.

Result

Every print job is now tracked from quote to delivery, and each employee’s work is on record. The owner has management reports where there were none, and invoices come from the same system. Inventory is monitored with low-stock alerts and a forecast of demand, and machine maintenance runs on a schedule.

What changed day to day

Nobody has to walk the floor to find out where a job stands. Employees’ work is on record and recognised. The owner sees the business in reports instead of piecing it together.
