02Sound familiar?
Sound familiar?
Your reps call in every morning asking where to go
Slow-moving stock sits in the warehouse until it is too late
You ring around to find out how the week went
03The problem
Salespeople worked out their own routes and shop visits each day. Stock was hard to see clearly, so slow-moving products piled up as dead stock. The owner had no single report to base the next decision on.
04What we built: ERP & CRM
A custom ERP that assigns each salesperson their day (where to go, which shops, what to do), tracks every product with AI-assisted inventory, and turns the day's work into clear reports for the owner.

Problem
Vedraj Masala makes and sells spices. Every morning, salespeople had to work out for themselves where to go, which shops to visit and what to do there. Some routes overlapped, some shops were missed. Stock was hard to see clearly, so slow-moving products sat in the warehouse as dead stock. And the owner had no single place to see how the business was doing before deciding what to do next.
What we built
We followed the work from the warehouse to the shop counter, then built an ERP around it. The system assigns each salesperson their day: the route, the shops and the tasks at each one, so nobody guesses. Every product is tracked, and AI-assisted inventory flags what is moving and what is not, so stock is managed before it turns into dead stock. Everything the team does feeds into clear reports for the owner.
Result
Dead stock went down and stock management improved. Each salesperson’s day is planned, so the team gets more done, and the owner has clear reports to decide what comes next.
What changed day to day
Salespeople start the day knowing exactly where to go and what to do, so they get more done with less back and forth. The owner reads a report instead of making calls, and takes the next decision from there.
06In their words
Client testimonial
Their team sat with my salesmen for days before building anything, and that is why it works. Nobody calls me at 8 in the morning asking where to go anymore. I can see the whole market from my phone.
